FPIK Undip The thesis examination is the final stage in completing studies in the Master’s Program which has been passed through various ups and downs until it reaches this stage.
The thesis exam that has been presented is entitled “Analysis and Marketing Strategy for Processed Sea Cucumber Crackers in MSMEs in the Kenjeran Coastal Area, Surabaya”. In his presentation, he explained that the Profile of Sea Cucumber Crackers MSMEs in the Kenjeran Coastal Area of Surabaya is classified as diverse in terms of grouping and overall it is still a micro scale criteria according to Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The marketing strategy and development of UMKM Sea Cucumber Crackers in the Kenjeran Coastal Area of Surabaya resulted in 12 alternative strategies. The most interesting strategies are asking for capital support from banks or other institutions after the Covid-19 pandemic (WT-3). The long-term sustainability of the sea cucumber crackers UMKM business in the Kenjeran Coastal Area of Surabaya in the long term requires changing the strategy in order to maintain the product.

Based on the explanation that has been given, Chelsea is declared to be able to PASS with minor revisions (not changing the concept but changing or improving the format).
