You are a Masters student in the Aquatic Resources Management study program in 2023 with a KKP Scholarship. The thesis examination is the final stage in completing studies in the Masters Program which has been passed with various joys and sorrows to reach this stage.
The thesis examination that has been presented is entitled “Fish Apartment Program Management Strategy to Make the Sea Healthy, Great and Independent Fishermen (Fuji Lestari) in Karang Jeruk Waters, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province”. Based on the research results, Fuji Lestari (Figure 2.3) is a program to empower fishermen and coastal communities in maintaining coral reef ecosystems through the provision of assistance, technical guidance/training on the implementation of Fish Apartment (FA). The Fuji Lestari program carried out in Tegal Regency, Central Java Province has been 100% in accordance with the Technical Instructions and 91.7% in accordance with the guidelines in the Indonesian National Standard Number 9016 of 2021. The results of the SWOT analysis placed this program in quadrant I (0.48; 0.15) indicating significant internal strengths and promising external opportunities. The main management strategy formulated from the results of the SWOT analysis is to utilize the attention of the central government, in order to obtain financial support and facilities that can accelerate the development of the necessary infrastructure.
