On Friday, April 14th 2023, Diponegoro University held a Website Development Assistance Workshop to Improve Bilingual Web and Webometrics Ranking in Faculties/Schools at Diponegoro University in 2023. The event was opened by Prof. Budi Setiyono, S.Sos., M.Pol.Admin., Ph.D as Deputy Chancellor III, Diponegoro University.
The material presented included the Undip Ranking by Prof. Dr. Denny Nugroho Sugianto, S.T. M.Si as the Head of Undip Ranking. The next session was Webometrics Ranking: Undip Ranking Analysis and Follow-Up Recommendations by Dr. Adian Fathurahim, ST, MT (Head of Computer Engineering Study Program, FT Undip). Furthermore Management of Google Scholar and Undip Journal : Existing Conditions and Follow-Up Arrangements by Eko Didik Widianto, ST, MT (Head of Center for Promotion and Publication of Community Service Research Results, FT Undip). Then, there was a session on Information Writing Techniques on the Web by Alkomari, S.Sos, M.I.Kom (Editor in Chief at Anglesemarang.com from ProMedia Technology). The last session was Undip Standard Web Assistance by Joko Saksono, S.Kom as Deputy Director of Information Technology, Communication, Undip).
Submission of material by 5 speakers was given to as many as 157 activity participants, most of whom consisted of managers and Heads of Study Programs and website operators (webmasters) both at the University, Faculty and Study Program levels. The resource persons present aim to provide insight regarding Undip ranking, Google Scholar management and knowledge of writing techniques according to journalistic rules and optimizing website articles, how to manage web content and social media, and how to maximize article searches on search engines.
